Hello, I’m Mydori, an artist and mother living in Vietnam.

A few years ago, I rediscovered drawing through an unexpected place — sitting beside my young daughter as she filled pages with colorful crayon drawings.

As we drew together, I found myself returning to something I had loved as a child: the simple joy of creating with crayons. Their soft texture, bright colors, and imperfect marks brought back memories of slower, gentler days.

Today, I create original drawings inspired by the things that make everyday life feel comforting — cats curled up in their favorite corners, colorful fields of blooming flowers, warm afternoons, and the small moments that are easy to overlook but meaningful to remember.

Each piece is drawn by hand, one at a time, with the hope of bringing a sense of warmth, nostalgia, and calm into your home.

My greatest wish is that when you look at my artwork, it feels a little like coming home — a quiet place filled with blooming flowers, familiar memories, and the gentle companionship of beloved cats and dogs.
