All original artworks and art prints are carefully packaged and shipped from Vietnam.
Art Prints
United States: Shipping is $5 per order. Spend $30 or more and enter code MY30 at checkout for free shipping.
All other countries: Shipping is $10 per order. Spend $60 or more and enter code MY60 at checkout for free shipping.
Originals — Free Worldwide Shipping
Free worldwide shipping is included with every original artwork. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 10–20 days after shipping.
For orders delivered to Europe, delivery typically takes 20–30 days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, or customs processing.
Customs, Taxes & Additional Fees
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. I take care of all expected shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees.
However, in the rare event that additional charges arise due to changes in local laws, customs regulations, import policies, or other requirements in the destination country that I was not previously aware of, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Issues
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Orders
If your package is damaged during transit, I will work with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate solution once the damage has been confirmed.
Lost Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period or appears to be lost, please contact me. I will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier and work with you to find an appropriate solution based on the carrier’s investigation.
