All original artworks are shipped worldwide with no additional shipping fee at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

For customers in the United States
Delivery usually takes 15–25 days from the date of order.
You will not need to pay any import duties upon delivery, as these have already been taken care of.

For customers in other countries
Delivery usually takes 20–35 days from the date of order. Times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Please note that any import duties or taxes required by your country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
This is because the current shipping route (USPS) only allows these fees to be prepaid by the sender for deliveries to the United States. For other countries, they are handled by the local carrier upon arrival. As a small thank-you, I will include a little gift with your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs processes, or other unforeseen delays.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Returns & Issues

If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Orders
If the package was damaged during transit, I will work with the shipping carrier and issue a full refund once the damage is confirmed.

Lost Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period or appears lost, please contact me. I will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier and provide a solution based on the carrier’s investigation.

Non-Returnable Items
Original artworks cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or fulfillment mistakes, as each piece is one-of-a-kind.
