The shipping fee is already included in the price of your Commission request. After paying your deposit and the remaining balance, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Processing Time
Once your commission is completed, it will be carefully prepared and packaged within 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
International delivery usually takes 8–12 days after the artwork has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking Information
As soon as your package is shipped, I will send you an email with the international tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Packaging
Each commission is packaged securely using protective materials to prevent bending, moisture, or damage during transit.

Possible Delays
External factors such as weather, public holidays, or customs may cause delays. If this happens, I will notify you by email.

Customs & Import Fees
All commissions are shipped fully paid for, but any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Issues

If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your commission arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your package.

Unboxing Video Required
Please record a short video while opening your package. This helps verify the issue and ensures a smooth resolution.

Damaged Orders
If the package is damaged during transit, I will work with the shipping carrier and issue a full refund once the damage is confirmed.

Lost Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period or appears lost, please contact me. I will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier and provide a solution based on the carrier’s investigation.

Non-Returnable Items
Commissions cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or fulfillment mistakes, as each piece is custom-made.
